• from a booking request: details of the car, the service requested, the preferred date and a description of the fault,
• data needed for the job and for issuing an invoice.

So that we can agree a date, repair the car, issue an invoice and, where necessary, defend our rights. The legal basis is the performance of a contract, or steps taken before entering into one, under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679, GDPR), compliance with a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) for accounting records, and our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) when protecting our rights.

It reaches us by email and we use it only to arrange the date and the repair. After you send it, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Only with processors with whom we have a data processing agreement, for example the external website administrator and the accounting firm. We do not sell your data or pass it on for advertising.

Booking requests that do not lead to a job are deleted within one year at the latest. Data relating to jobs and invoices is kept for the period required by law, which is 10 years for accounting documents.
